GRADUATE VACANCIES

We offer 3.5- year accountancy training programmes in Audit or Corporate Finance & Rescue and 3-year Tax training programmes. Our graduate programme is based around on-the-job training, which is tiered each year so trainees build on both work experience and study courses whilst gaining responsibility and challenges as their confidence grows. All trainees are mentored by senior staff so there is always someone to help with any query (large or small) in an informal and friendly way. Trainees are core members of each project team and work with senior staff on a range of live projects, interacting with clients, government agencies and other professional service firms. We also pride ourselves on our open door policy and direct access for all staff to the partners.

Number of vacancies: Typically hire between 6-8 graduates each year on 3/3.5 year training contracts in tax, audit and corporate finance and rescue.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Training salaries are as per the recommendations of ACCA Ireland and incremented annually as trainees progress through their exams. Exam and course fees are paid, as are subsistence expenses for attending courses outside Limerick. We provide significant study and exam leave as well as self-development and technical training.
